Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

For safety reasons we no longer take prescription requests over the telephone.

Requests can be made in person, in writing or online via the link at the top of this page. If you wish to order online please ask a member of the reception team to set you up with an account, you can also email your request to the surgery.

The quickest and easiest way to order is via the NHS App See link below.

NHS App and your NHS account - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Please allow 2 full days’ notice when ordering prescriptions; you can collect them any time after 10:30.

If you have any queries regarding your prescription please contact reception or send an email. Your local Pharmacy may also be able to advise you regarding your medication.

Nominating a Pharmacy

Prescriptions are now sent electronically to a nominated pharmacy. If you want to nominate your local pharmacy or change your current one, please ask for more details at reception or your local pharmacy to sign you up.
