Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Patient Access Online Services

Patient Online will empower you to take greater control of your health and wellbeing by increasing online access to services.

Evidence shows that patients who are informed and involved in their own care have better health outcomes and are less likely to be admitted to hospital.

Patient Access Online will allow you to book and cancel appointments on line, order repeat prescriptions on line, update your contact details on line and see information about any allergies/adverse reactions.

If you would like to be set up with this facility, you will need to pop into the practice and complete a short form and bring photo ID with you.  The sign up time will be 48 hours.

Out of Area Patients

As a practice we offer patients living out of the area the choice of registering with the practice.  However, it is important to note that the practice is under no obligation to provide home visits.

If you live outside our catchment area but wish to register with the practice, a member of the reception team will be able to give you the relevant paperwork.

Location

The practice is located on Victoria Avenue next to the Sure Start Centre. There is a limited car park to the rear of the health centre with disabled access to the front of the surgery.
